How to create a Segment

👉 Only available for Honeymoon Clients

Start creating your first segment by selecting the "Create Segment" call-to-action (CTA) as illustrated below.

This action will open a modal where all targeting rules for the segment can be configured, and a name can be assigned to it.

⚠️ NOTE: Timing rules are not included within this modal, as segments are not directly tied to display timing. Display timing can be configured separately within the message setup (under the Display step).

Once the segment is configured, it will appear in the "Segments" section, where the number of messages currently utilizing the segment will also be displayed.
