Creation and Validation

In order to start creating your desired destinations, just follow these simple steps:

1. Name your destination for an easy identification when analyzing data. Make sure each destination has a different naming to avoid confusions.
2. Choose a color for your destination.
3. When selecting a destination, you can either use the search bar to look for a location or draw a location of your own by clicking on the turquoise button at the top right corner of the map. 
4. By using the search bar, you will be able to search for 4 types of geo-categories: city, province, region, and country. Select the location you wish to analyze and “Save location”.
5. By drawing your own location, you will be able to select whichever area you would like to analyze. If the area selected doesn’t have enough properties in order to create a destination, the following message will appear “Not enough properties in the selected area are part of BenchDirect” and you’ll need to create another polygon:
6. Once created an “Active/Processing” status will indicate your destination is already in process of populating and will become available in 24hrs (for your first destination, you will see a countdown page showing the remaining time). After the 24hrs your destination status will be “Active” and ready to use!
7. In case you need to Edit or Delete any destination, you can do it by clicking on “Destinations” at the top right of the page. It will display all the destinations you created, click on the three dots of the destination you wish to modify and either go to Edit or Delete.

Notes: Please note that the calculation of the metrics for each destination will represent an average of the total registered for the selected period of time.
