RevDirect

This is the Revenue Per Available room for your destination’s  direct channel only.  

RevDirect is calculated by dividing the total direct revenue by the total number of available room nights (looking at Stay Dates).

It can also be calculated by multiplying the Average Daily Revenue (ADR) by the Direct Occupancy rate.

Average Booking Value (ABV)

ABV refers to the average direct revenue generated per booking during the selected period. 

This is calculated by dividing the total direct revenue by the total number of direct bookings registered during the selected period.

Revenue per visitor

This is the average direct revenue generated per visitor in the selected period. 

This is calculated by dividing the total direct revenue by the total number of visitors who visited the hotels’ website in your destination during the selected period.

Revenue per BE (Booking Engine) visitor

This is the average direct revenue generated per BE visitor (visitors who made a search on the booking engine) during the selected period. 

This is calculated by dividing the total direct revenue by the number of BE visitors who visited the booking engine within the selected period.

Average Daily Revenue

This is the average direct revenue per booked room night during the selected period. 

This is calculated by dividing the total direct revenue by the number of direct booked nights in the selected period.
