Best Available Rate (BAR)

Please note that in this section, we will only show the price per night for 2 people.

The BAR is the lowest room rate available on the direct channel at the time of search.

In the Rate chart (Bar Chart) and Distribution chart (Box Plot Graph), within the selected period, you can see the average BAR visitors saw at your destination compared to the BARs seen in other destinations.. 

The Rates overtime graph shows you the evolution of the average BAR for the browsing days, weeks, and months of the selected period regardless of the Stay Dates visitors were looking at.

The Rates distribution on Stay Dates graph is based on stay dates (date the visitor is looking to stay at your destination) and shows you the average BAR for the Stay Dates visitors searched during the selected period. You can decide to view this data daily, weekly, or monthly.
