Why is some of the data blank?

If you are using one or several filters at the same time, you may see blank charts or tables with limited data. This may be due to the filters applied being too restrictive for the selected period. Try looking at a longer date range or unselect some of the filters.

How can I give access to other people in my company to BenchDirect™ Destinations data?

At the moment, you can contact your Client Success specialist in order to add new users to BenchDirect™ Destinations. 

What is the difference between Browsing dates and Stay dates?

The data in BenchDirect™ Destinations is displayed based on browsing dates: the dates on which a user visited the hotels’ website in your destination, made a search or booked a room. But you are able to filter the data by stay dates: the dates the visitor is looking to travel.

For example, if you select the last 30 days view and the “next week” stay dates filter , you will be able to see the data for visitors who came to the hotel website at your destination during the past 30 days and searched or booked for stay dates next week. 

How to read a Boxplot graph?

A box plot visually shows how the data values are spread out. It provides you with more details about the range and distribution of data in the 4 different quartiles, where each box represents the 50% range with more representative data, without the 25% of data that is below and the 25% that is above.

The coloured bars in the box plot above allow you to see the distribution of the conversion rates of each destination in the quartiles. You can see clearly where your destination sits compared to the distribution within other destinations. .

Why is my destination data not showing?

It takes 24 hrs for the tool to populate some destinations.
